Even though I wasn’t getting married, the service was impeccable. The only downside was that they wouldn’t let you take pictures of you in the dress. Its in the suburbs, which is quite a drive but so well worth it when the ladies treat you with first class service.

Stopped by to have my watch band resized. ?The gentleman was quick and polite. ?I was in and out within 5 minutes. ?The price was very reasonable.|||I took my engagement ring and wedding band here to be cleaned. I was slightly suspicious when the cleaning was only $10, but thought Sterling Silver Bangles, “Hey, maybe this Jewelry Shop Man (JSM) is just a sweet man who wants to help the women of Los Angeles keep their accessories nice and sparkly.” I grew more suspicious when the JSM took my ring and dumped it into a Machine Behind the Counter and switched it on, where it proceeded to make ominous clinking noises for the better part of one minute while I waited anxiously for my heirloom diamond to be returned. My suspicions were confirmed when the JSM unceremoniously dumped my ring on the counter, much dirtier than it was before. He refused to do anything about it and said that if I wanted it to be clean, I would have to leave it overnight and he would polish it up upstairs. Thanks, but no thanks. This place may be OK for watches, but I do NOT recommend their jewelry cleaning service.|||Just the other day Sterling Silver Rings, I thought my watch was a goner. Lucky for me CZ jewelry, I found this little place and was pleasantly surprised by their ability to repair watches and bands very quickly. ?I had about one hour to spare, as I had to do other errands in the neighborhood. I gladly left my ESQ watch with the lovely man at Just In Time and asked that he try his best to repair my favorite watch band, stainless steel w/ diamonds. In about 40 minutes, I received a call from Just In Time. They were able to save my watch. The band was so beautiful and polished. I was so happy! I thought snapping the pin out of the band would be it, no more watch. I guess I went to the right place. They know what they’re doing here, and they do it quickly! In and out…PAINLESS!! Thanks!!|||I got my gold necklace fixed here. When I received it back and went to put it on it broke in the same area where he supposedly fixed it. ?I took it back to the guy and showed him wear it broke in the same area and he was quietly rude and unable to really communicate with me. ?He just simply said “always cost no matter what happens when you bring it back”. ?As he said that it riled me and I thought it’s “just in time” for me to leave! No Thankyou! He was so condescending. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything fixed here.

He said his sizing units were not in the store, so my only option was to buy the sizer. My vibes tell me he obviously did not want to help and that he might have been lying.|||I went in here to get a pair of little diamond earrings for myself – and basically was told that my business was not worth their time if I wasn’t willing to buy bigger, more expensive earrings.When I explained that they were to be for my ‘second’ ear piercings and that’s why I needed them to be smaller Sterling Silver Bangles, the owner told me that I should just leave! ?Then he turned around, sat back down and continued drinking his coffee and completely ignored me and my shocked expression.Don’t bother with this place!!|||This place is AWFUL! ?Do not spend a dime in here. ?The customer service is horrible Stainless Steel Rings! ?I went in to buy a ring and old man behind the counter accused me of “just looking for my ring size and not looking to buy” which was so far from the truth. When I said the ring was passed down in my family and I didn’t want to go this route, he told me that the ring was basically not worth fixing. He said he’d take the ring for the day, but his jeweler might not even take on the job because it wasn’t worth it so I’d have to pick it up the next day. My ring was just not worth his effort and I wasn’t spending enough at his shop to be worth his time. I didn’t like being treated this way so I said I would take the ring elsewhere and he said, “Good. I was hoping you would say that. I don’t want the hassle.” What??! I replied that I would be sure to tell everyone about how he treated me and he said, “Good. Do that. Put it in the newspapers.” His tone was smug and rude and I am shocked he is able to stay in business. I may not be putting this in in “the newspaper” but I will be sure to post this review on facebook. ?I totally agree with the reviewer who said this place is “AWFUL.” Do not give this place your business. I went right down the street to Executive Jewelers who were more than willing to fix my ring for a very fair price and they were very nice about it, too.

I needed my watch battery changed and since the Movado store is no longer in the Beverly Center and Sears sends their watches out for battery replacement (or so I was told, sounded strange to me), I stopped by Le Cadeau to get my battery changed. I was told it would take 15 minutes so I waited around while my battery was being changed. The battery was changed quickly and I was given my watch back. Looking at it Antique Jewelry, I saw that none of the hands on the watch face were moving. I told the owner that it wasn’t working. That’s when the other employee took my watch to the back and (probably) replaced my battery again. That was another 5 minutes. She presented me with my watch and the hands were indeed moving. I paid for the service and walked away with a watch that could tell time again. It wasn’t until I was out of the store and put my watch back on my wrist that I noticed the deep gouges that had been sunk into the back of my watch. I’m not sure if they had a difficult time putting the watch back on or taking the back off, but from the marks on the back of my watch Body Jewelry, to looked like someone wasn’t very careful with their tools. That pissed me off. First, you can’t replace the battery properly and then you leave deep scratches on the back of my watch. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend anyone who values their jewelry to get their watch battery replaced here. Find a jeweler that cares for your timepiece as if it were their own, don’t entrust your watch to Le Cadeau.

Na Hoku carries some of the most beautiful Hawaiian pieces ever. It’s hard to find such high quality items on the mainland. ?I love going to Na Hoku. I have come to be friends with many of the retailers Body Jewelry, especially Stacy. ?She’s awesome. She has a great memory and can offer you many suggestions for gift giving or for other recommendations. The quality of their items is impeccable. They are probably most famously known for the hawaiian flipfliop or “slippah” pendant. ?You should check it out. They also carry some beautiful wedding sets, men’s jewelry with koa wood, onyx, MOP, opals and all different kinds of colored stones. They carry some of the most beautiful pearls as well. I love this store. ALOHA!! They can be a little expensive Costume Jewelry, but it’s not horribly high priced. I like that you can put things on lay away too, in case you want to think about it for a little while or need a moment to scrounge up the cash.
Lots of wonderful merchandise I’d die for! ?Not like the one in Hawaii but still one of my fav places.
I love this place b/c I love pearls. I like the old-timey look and feel of them. Allan helped us and we ended up getting my engagement ring here and it’s gorgeous if I do say so myself. I even brought it back without a receipt b/c I’m clumsy sometimes and knocked the pearl loose and Na Hoku fixed it for free as well as cleaned it so it’s all sparkly again. Plus, the spirit of aloha is alive and well here and made me think back to my honeymoon. Suffice it to say, I really like this place.
